The mental health industry has been evolving over the last few years with massive development in the last decade.
Technology has gone a long way in making this a success as it has made it possible for experts to reach millions of people across the world and help them work on their mental health.
There are so many brain improvement methods out there that people are working with.
And the two most popular techniques are meditation and yoga.
To start with, meditation has really attracted people into working on their mind and inner peace.
By simply seeing how beautiful both on the inside and the outside it is for those who have mastered it and who have been practicing it for years, you just feel moved to want to be like them.
The quiet, simple but deeply wise monks are a source of inspiration for many people who do Buddhist meditation and other forms of meditation as well.
Also, the variety that meditation comes with it has enabled people with different strong beliefs to take it up and find it useful as well.
Today, people of almost all religious and spiritual beliefs have a form of meditation that is designed for their beliefs and traditions and it goes a long way for them in terms of gaining and maintaining peace and remaining balanced in all sense of the term.
Yoga is also another great practice that many people have come to love.
The physical and mental improvement it drags along with it is something that many people have found helpful amidst their hectic lives.
And while these two well-known strategies keep growing in popularity, we need to look at other methods too that have almost the same abilities but use different approaches that have been misunderstood by many people.
Two of the most misunderstood methods are hypnosis and nootropics (brain supplements).
A good deal of people have no faith at all in hypnosis as a brain-boosting technique. What they have seen about it has made them come to distance themselves from it.
And can you blame them when movies and entertaining TV shows make the technique appear like a dangerous skill used to take charge of someone’s mind and make them do whatever they want?
I certainly can’t blame them.
I, too, had a pretty bad perspective of it until I came to learn about it from the actual experts.
And I was surprised to know that hypnosis is a tool used even in therapies to help people deal with certain health issues and it works very well.
That is why from there I strengthened the principle of making sure you are certain about what you believe within myself because there is a lot of misleading information out there.
And then we have brain supplements, a controversial topic to say the least.
While some people believe in their abilities to enhance different aspects of the brain, this method of intervention has been received with a lot of skepticism.
Many people believe that they are all founded on placebo and that not one of the supplements actually brings good results.
But the truth is, most of them are made from herbs that have long been used to improve the mind.
Some examples of supplements like Gingko biloba and Bacopa moneirri were used by our ancestors in the good’ol days and they did bring rewarding results.
So I believe that while we are looking to prevent ourselves from being conned of our hard-earned money and from messing our mental health, it is worth giving these brain pills a try and see how they actually work.
You might be surprised how well they work for you.
We also have other mind improving techniques that are barely talked about which are also quite efficient.
Some of these techniques are deep trance identification and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
Deep trance identification is more of a method that works with hypnosis and a combination of other effective techniques to help people increase their mastery of certain skills in their lives.
It is used in music, arts, personal development, sports, and even fitness.
This method was developed by Dr. Vladimir Raikov and other enthusiasts through the years such as Shawn Carson, John Overdurf, Inspire3, and Jess Marion, among others.
And it is also commonly referred to as the Raikov effect after the doctor who made it formal, Dr. Vladimir Raikov.

When it comes to NLP, this is a method very few people have heard of, not to mention know how it works.
NLP is a method that uses a unique language that the mind can understand easily and it makes the mind more receptive to the training that it is getting.
It works well when combined with hypnosis and most programs out there make use of these two methods to make their hypnosis sessions more effective.
There are actually a few expert NLP practitioners around the world which can explain why the technique is not overly popular.
However, this is one method worth looking at.
And this leads me to wonder, how many other brain-boosting ways are out there that we haven’t discovered yet?
In my opinion, a lot of them.
I feel that there are many methods that no one knows about which could boost our brains big time.
See the way scientists claim that we only get to use 10% of our real mental abilities? I believe that there is a way we can use to push our abilities further than this and in a much better way than the methods we already have.
Though I have to admit that the fact that we have not been able to discover them for the centuries we humans have been on planet earth shows that it is going to be a pretty daunting task for those who are still searching for them including myself.
However, with the huge development in technology, I am confident and more hopeful than before that we will get there sooner.
