But before I will explain who is a Prophet and what is their main role. A prophet/ prophetess is an individual which receives messages from God: messages such as revelations that will come to pass or even things that have already happened. These messages can be personal or to be spread amongst the right people. Prophets may receive messages through dreams/visions or by hearing the voice of God. A Prophet is a serious and chosen individual set apart by God.

1. A Prophet feels the presence of God from an early age.

2. A prophet always get involved with God at an early age.

3. A prophet is chosen by God himself.

4. A Prophet foresees events or situations whether good or bad which will happen in the future whether through visions, dreams, God’s voice. His word is always in our hearts.

5. A prophet will spend most of his or her life alone. As children of God, we can’t be in the crowd, into the latest trend. We are called into isolation, to be apart from everyone else whether we like it or not.

6. If a Prophet declares something it will happen.

7. A prophet shows humility but they won’t let evil step all over them. Prophets are warriors of God’s word and his truth

8. A prophet of God hates evil and blasphemey. A prophet of God must be consecrated in God or else that Prophet can be dangerous

9. A prophet is called to be very holy. A prophet may also visit spiritual dimensions where many secrets or answers will be revealed to them

10. A prophet does not fear evil or what will happen to them if they live in their truth

11. A true prophet will have to go through heart wrenching trials in periods of his or her life until they fully understand the lesson.

12. A true prophet carries many people’s burdens. They are extremely sensitive to emotions, your aura/energy, your spirit, your lifestyle. That’s why many Prophets are loners.
