We are all made up of the same.

We, as a collective know this!  Yes, we all have skin, bones, a heart and lungs … but we are so much MORE than our bodies.

I often write about being all made up of the same because while this is true, it is also a thought provoking statement too!

Celebrating our uniqueness and encouraging and empowering men, women and children to embrace and cherish it, is something else I enjoy writing about!

I ask you, dear reader right now to ask yourself this;

“What makes me unique in this world?”

I invite you to consider, while answering this question, that what makes you unique is actually, ALSO what makes you the same as all others!

We are all made up of the same … beating hearts, breathing lungs, souls searching and yearning for bliss, often outside of ourselves.

Let’s journey together and talk, write and live our “real” with confidence, compassion and kindness toward ourselves and all.
