Mindset is not Everything—Energy Is.

By the age of 30, I checked the boxes on all the “right” things in life.

I attained professional and personal success—I was a VP in a prestigious bank on Wall Street and I was making what you’d call “good money.” I was also married to my soul mate and had both of my kids.

But deep down I felt like something was missing in my life, and I started to seek what that was until one experience completely rocked my world.

I was meditating for the first time in an audience of 200 people when I started to feel weightless and suspended above my body, watching my human self. It was such a mystical experience, and it made me understand that I am not just my body. I am an energy being.

That experience was my spiritual awakening. It took me on a path of self-discovery and deep healing.

I wanted to recreate that experience I had during my first meditation—I didn’t want it to be just one spontaneous event. I actually wanted to live in that joyful, expanded, peaceful state on a daily basis.

This led me to study energy.

I devoted a lot of my time and attention to studying ancient wisdom traditions, modern psychology, and quantum physics. I traveled to sacred sites around the world and worked with spiritual teachers and healers. This is when I discovered the power of quantum healing and guided meditations. So I started to practice it in my own life, and now I share it with my clients in private coaching sessions and online group programs.

I witness the tremendous transformations and breakthroughs my clients have every day when they are able to rewire their brain and release stuck emotions from their bodies. They get a surge of energy and creative ideas to thrive in this world and live from an authentic place.

As I dove deeper into personal development and spirituality, I understood one important thing that holds us all back in life—we don’t know that we are, first and foremost, energy beings.

We only identify ourselves with the body and the mind, inherently missing a big part of who we are. I believe this single misperception about our identity is the root cause of our suffering and is at the heart of every problem we have in life.

Our education system, unfortunately, doesn’t teach us about energy. In fact, it completely ignores energy. This leaves us feeling incomplete and inadequate since our childhood, and we don’t even know why. We live our lives feeling that something is wrong and broken about us, and we go searching for it in other people and other places, trying to compensate for that feeling of inadequacy.

We go on trying to prove to the world and to ourselves that we are worthy by making money, getting married, buying stuff, and doing other things society conditions us we need in order to feel complete and happy.

I love this quote by Albert Einstein: “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

But where does this intuitive mind reside, and how can we tap into that sacred gift? How do we hear it, if all our lives we were told to listen to our logical, rational mind?

Our intuitive mind is in our heart. The heart is the center of our spiritual and physical being. On the physical level, our heart is the most important organ that pumps blood through the body. Its electromagnetic field is 5,000 times stronger than the brain’s.

On a spiritual level, it’s our essence. It is our soul and our connection to Higher Intelligence, Source, Spirit, Universe, and Energy. This power, which goes by different names, resides inside us and all around us. It’s essentially who we are, no matter how invisible it is to our physical eyes and to our limited minds.

And I am here to help people realize that everything is energy and that our hearts are more powerful and magnetic than our minds.

We have this medicine inside of us and we can change our lives by changing our energy.
