“Why not? One step for yourself”
So many years we heard a lot of things like; eat healthy , do exercise ,sleep well . All these things that the words are easy to say .They are simple but most of the people cant live like that. And after my observations i started to think maybe the easy ones have some difficulties.Maybe living easy is the hardest one. Maybe the most precious one.Actually we can eat healty and sleep well but we dont . Why?The steps are not so complicated.After so many maybe , question marks and answers i’ve decided to start some steps in my life. And i want to invite you to this!! Why not? Why we cant start now? I dont want to add sharp rules , i just want to try one thing like eating bananas intead of eating sugar.
I’m keeping my expectations and goals to low for now. I want to move forward by reminding myself that every step is a gain. I do this for my own body, for my daily productivity and most importantly for my mental health. I don’t forget a quote from the series of ‘You’ ; ‘honey, your body is your temple and you need to take care of it’ . So lets go ladies and gentlemens . I will add some edits every day about my ‘simple’ journey . You can also email me or write a comment about your simple journey .
Day one : Okey let’s be honest ! I believe that although I did not start the day early (around 12), I spent the rest of the day balanced in terms of mobility and nutrition. Reading books after exercise, healthy teas and coffee after a walk I think it was a very enjoyable day. it had been long since touching the sports mat!! and only half a bowl of ashura as refined sugar.
Day two: Today ,i focus only yoga exercise.Feeling my mind and body makes me relaxed.Today’s motto ” The problem is not in your performance, but in the instrument you’re trying to measure it”
