Yes, quite strange but realistic. We often take our problems and issues so serious and start feeling so low and pathetic about ourself that we forget that in order to find a solution we need to work on our belief system and self esteem.
What I used to do earlier.. like most of the people I used to immerse myself in self pity and felt gloomy and hopeless as if the sun is shining everywhere else except my porch.
Yes this is what’s called as dooming ourselves to misery and agony.
The keys to overcome this mental state is very simple but yes it comes with practice ans persistence.
1 Being grateful for the good things we have around us, the relationships, the love, the nature the job and everything.
2 Being grateful also for all the negative or adverse situations we are dealing with.
I know it sounds wierd but it’s a tried and tested method, being grateful towards the adversities does the following things.—
– It takes our self esteem and spirits to a height that it cannot be brought down with difficulties.
– It makes us feel every adversity as an opportunity to explore something great and meaningful.
– It changes our perspective and we become more solution oriented and a problem solver.
We all are connected to a supreme power through some mental and spiritual strings and circuits, Once we start charging this circuit with positivity and gratitude all our woes will seem so tiny and irrelevant that it will no more affect us.
