Love is the deepest and strongest of all emotions it comes with numerous facets and forms.
It unfolds like beautiful petals of a flower, right from the birth in the arms of mother, to the company of friends, the affection from people around us, the adoration by our beloved and even the warmth of nature.
Love is the only element that every being, animal and even plants long for.
Love is ethereal, evasive, imperceptible yet the most divine and innate desire which comes with our very existence.
Every person thrives in a constant state of craving, for love and admiration from their surroundings.
We are the products of our environment, the development of a sapling depends on the nourishment, sunlight and the moisture likewise the development of our mind depends upon the psychic ring around us.
We are greatly influenced by the emotions and actions of people encircling us it not only affects our thought process but also shapes our nature and personality.
We often come across individuals who always judge, compare and are ruthless, the reason they are like this is because they were not loved, they didn’t even love themselves so they will never figure out what empathy is. They have regressive mind sets and they turn us to self loathing rather than self loving. We need to walk away from them and save ourselves from the unnecessary torment and ache.
We have to be kind towards ourselves first.
It is absolutely allright to grieve sometimes, it is absolutely all right to shed tears for a while because that’s also a part of loving ourselves. Self love provides us with the insight, to see things in a different way.
Without loving ourself we cannot love others, we cannot see the good in others.
Loving ourselves is fabulous, the best way to love is spending the most important commodity on our loved ones. .. Its not wealth its TIME.
So here are the five basic steps to explore this extra mundane space filled with love.
1- Everyday spend quality time with yourself, meditating, exercising and the most important reading, reading good books is like giving good food to brain.
2- Every morning say to yourself ” I love myself and I’m wonderful”. Repeating it everyday will make you lively and cheerful person.
3-Grieve if necessary but then tap your own back saying, I’m much more powerful than this and God has created me with great abilities.
4- Spread smiles and love even for the inanimate things, have compassion.
5-Stay away from criticism whether it’s for you or for someone else, just walk away. Walk away from the things that create negativity.
