Synchronicity is the underlying structure of existence known as perfect timing.

Physical reality is showing you that everything is connected, but it takes place in a linear fashion; one thing appears to happen after another and that’s how we perceive our physical reality.

When we are on a certain wave-length we attract experiences, such as being in the right place at the right time and being lucky enough to meet someone new, or being in the wrong place at the wrong time for an unfortunate event to befall us, and all this may occur depending on our thoughts in that moment; taking into consideration that all of this is indicative of what wavelength we’re currently on.

As this article is about exactly what we need to read today, I know that through synchronicity you were inspired to click on this link to read all about it.

And here we are!

We all enjoy finding a good meme, or an inspirational quote, especially when it matches our current life circumstances. So, this is the universe saying: “this serves as a reminder of what an amazing person you are.”

And like any good story, we’ll start at the beginning which will consists of a list of ingredients that will convert into what we know as life experiences or more simply put, a recipe. And the recipe for life is after all this: follow your passion to the best of your ability with no insistence or assumptions of what the outcome is supposed to look like.

And Asking for advice, it’s good to remember advice is the narrative of another’s opinion on your well-being based on their hopes and fears, hence the junction of the words: ad/vice. It’s only the addition of another’s vice unto you.

Seek insight into your own actions and reactions which is sight into you within. Hence the word: in/sight, which is sight into the behaviour thereof.

The longest journey we’ll ever make is from the head to the heart. Wherever our heart is, that’s where we’ll find our treasure.

Connection is why we are here. It’s what gives us purpose and meaning within our lives. To ask “why” is to stay in the past.

Don’t cling to a mistake just because you spent a lot of time making it.

Addiction is giving up everything for one thing. Recovery is giving up one thing for everything.

Our best memories are yet to be made.

No, we don’t need more sleep, it’s our souls that are tired, not our bodies. We need nature. We need magic. We need adventure. We need freedom. We need truth. We need stillness. We don’t need more sleep; we need to wake up and live.

We attract what we believe, not what we ask for.

Repeat after me: I love all that I am and all I am yet to be.

Life is about balance. Be kind, but don’t let people abuse you. Trust, but don’t be deceived. Be content, but never stop improving yourself.

Sometimes, the lesson is to choose yourself – this time. Self-love doesn’t come from fixing yourself; it comes from falling in love with the parts of yourself you’ve been trying to fix.

The best kind of people are the ones that come into your life and make you see the sun where you once saw clouds. The people that believe in you so much, you start to believe in you too. The people that love you for simply being you.

Be kind to unkind people. They need it the most.

Love is the most creative force in the universe.

Don’t invest energy into responding to those who tear you down; feed only the positive and feed the energy flowing into your accomplishments.

Never forget that a person’s greatest emotional need is to feel appreciated.

Hope implies despair. If you find yourself being bored, you are not living in the moment.

And it’s good to remember the moment you awake, and you take your head off the pillow, you have all that you need.

We are born in one day.
We die in one day.
We can change in one day.
Anything can happen in just one day.

So, let’s make a vow to never abandon ourselves again.

Even though this is but a few inspired sayings collected over the years that had an impact on my life, I can only wish that they’ve also touched you in some way today to inspire change.
