Dear Self…

Dear Self,

I know you have made mistakes. I know that you have been deeply and profoundly hurt. I know that you have sometimes wondered whether this life has been worth all the pain.

But I also know you made it this far. You agonized. You fought. You have hit rock bottom. You have been destroyed and rebuilt yourself, multiple times.

You are flawed, you are phenomenal. You are broken, you are beautiful. You have been shattered, and you have survived.

Every sharp edge, every jagged scar, every invisible wound make you unapologetically you. And in case no one has told you, you are magnificent, you are magical, and your life has meaning beyond anything you can imagine.
