Why do I have to pay a premium for “clean” food?

Why do I have to take a dozen supplements to make up for the lack of nutrients in our soil, the toxins in my body, and to balance my system from all the stress?

Why do I have to install systems to filter the water so my kids don’t drink and bathe in chemicals and pharmaceuticals?

Why do I have to buy gidgets and gadgets to protect my family from WIFI and EMFs?

Why do I see plastic on the ground and dead fish in the water when I go for a walk?

Why do I have to defend my right not to inject poison into my family’s bodies?

Why do I have to buy machines to clean my air?

Why do I have to pay stupid amounts of money so that my clothes, sheets, and personal care products aren’t full of cancer causing nastiness?

Why do I have to home school my kids so they don’t get brainwashed by a system set up to indoctrinate, rather than educate?

Why do class, race, religion, and gender divide us when we are truly all one and equal?

Why am I locked down at home pondering all of this when I should be free to live a healthy life, without working so damn hard to do so? 

Why have we done this to our world and how do I explain it to my children?
