It is one of the most used therapies for depression. Through this exercise, the damaging behavior and thinking patterns are changed. The combo of both the therapy and mindfulness exercise can give a boost to healthy and productive thinking.

As already highlighted above, breath awareness meditations are one of the prime exercises in all meditation practices. This shows a real connection between depression and meditation and helps reduce it to a great extent.
