“I want it; I got it.” Sounds easy, right?
It could be with the right mindset.
I believe each one of us has a path in life that’s already been determined. But, sometimes, along the path, we might detour and try to see what happens when we take a road less-known.
We might deviate completely from the original path and start a new one that’s our own, one that we determine. By being involved in the creation of this path, we’re on the way to what we think is our best self and our best life.
Close your eyes and imagine your future.
You’re driving your dream car, have endless time for all your hobbies, and hang out with the most amazing people (shout-out to my friends–you’re already amazing!).
Wouldn’t it be nice to wake up and continue your dream as a reality? Definitely. Is that your reality? Probably not.
This is when manifestation comes in.
Manifestation, simply put, is being able to bring something into your life by believing in it. It’s about attracting back what you put out in the world. It’s about shaping your reality.
Wishing something and wanting it to be true is way too surface level. Manifestation doesn’t work like that. It takes time, patience, and intention.
Life can be what you make it. Another version of you already exists in this world, and you owe it to yourself to be that person. And believe me, it’s possible.
Here are the three ways to manifest your future self:
1. Think it.
Get into the mindset. Be mindful of what you already have and think about what you want. Think about who you are, what you stand for, and why you stand for it. Know that these factors shape the person you are (becoming).
2. Feel it.
Focus on the positives. Feel the power you have over your actions. You know you’re capable and worthy. You feel it in your walk and your interaction with the world. You even feel it in your daily chores! I swear you’ll notice the difference.
3. Live it.
This is not “fake it ‘til you make it.” This is your true authentic self. Things flow naturally to you. You have your vision board, only it’s not a vision. It’s you, and it’s real. Your present and future self have clashed and aligned.
This is where you are meant to be.
