Do you know someone who is struggling with mental illness. Like me. Let them know they can read my blog and feel inspired to fight. Like me. Nobody should feel alone battling mental illness or mental health. Yes I’m a brave and tough but I’m also very courageous for telling my story with mental illness and me being an advocate for mental illness and mental health. There are those who say u can’t have mental illness. Because your happy. No your wrong. In the shadows and behind doors. There’s people and kids like me who have a mental illness or some form of it. We don’t tell anyone unless we come out to tell are story. Or we choose to write about it. Or we choose to sing about it or we choose. Be free from it a lot of people will say that ur strong and courageous. Yes I’ve learned that all that I’ve been through in my life. And my pain and my journey. I know I’m not alone. And I know some people are struggling like me with mental illness. I’m here to tell you your not alone.
