I’m prompted and stirred by this wonderful phrase from Father Greg Boyle “We stand at the margins so that they can be erased.”  These can be the margins of society or the margins of our mind. Perhaps even those exiled parts of ourselves…

Witness the grace & dignity within. Its there

We need not control, grasp or cling

Instead releasing, trusting and breathing in and out

Then welcoming, witnessing and allowing…

This is the soul work; returning again and again to this simple process

Loving, trusting, breathing, releasing
