How the Stars have influenced the Fortunes of Kings and Nations

“We are born at a given moment, in a given place and, like vintage years of wine, we have the qualities of the year and of the season in which we are born. Astrology does not lay claim to anything more”. ——-Carl Gustav Jung.

A well-known common fact establishes its evidence of life’s influence on Earth the time when our ancestors began noticing stars above millions of years ago. Do you know what the biggest irony is? It is, it takes more million years to consider it a Science. As a result people gradually began to believe that these distant fires could influence life and destiny on earth.

The stars, planets, and their movements influence the fate and fortune of people whether to be poor or rich, kings or commoners.

Likewise, the stars and the sun’s presence, in particular, the Zodiac sign during the time of birth of a person and its planetary movements could decide the fate of nations, cultures, civilizations, languages, and societies, for instance. As a result, this belief was crowned in the creation of the art and science of astrology.

Historical Roots of Astrological development in India

In India, when a differing system of Vedic divination began to develop. Per the foremost clues and pieces of evidence that were found in the 2nd renaissance, BC textbooks show a close relationship and connecting forces between astronomy and astrology.

During the 16th century BC, astrological predictions were based and mainly focused on the weather, crop-sowing, harvesting, and some political affairs, in almanac form. After a while, people used them to remember seasonal tasks. Eventually, they began to include the fate of cities and nations. Although astrology originally concerned itself with the fate of kings, kingdoms, and the nobility, it moved gradually into the sphere of the common man. And its status was on par with systems of traditional medication like Ayurveda. As a result, the astrologers in India frequently enjoyed a high status in royal homes and courts.

Moreover, the Ramayana and Mahabharata sagas are full of astrological references. The birth of one of the great lenient Shri Rama and various other legends have been charted astrologically.

This triplet in the sign of Pisces, containing the three slowest moving planets known, stood in opposition to the Virgo sun.
