I created a fibre optic dress inspired by the dress worn by Claire Danes to the 2017 Met gala.

I used a combination of fibre optic cabling, organza fabric and fairy lights, alongside individual LED lights soldered to 3v battery sources, to create the lighting for the dress.

I then sewed these light sources throughout the dress to create the fairylike effect.
