Maximize your actions and minimize your thoughts!

  • Do you have so many writings on your life already?
  • Have you thought about where you’ll go and what you’ll do in the upcoming years?
  • Where you wish to work has already been determined by you.
  • Or maybe some of your objectives have already been planned?
Each of us has a tendency to live in our heads rather than put our thoughts into action. Our minds constantly operate like time machines and can easily pull you into the past or the future. It’s so simple to stay in our own heads, but actually acting on it is the hardest task. Nothing more than a sincere commitment and the bravery to act on our own convictions are required.

And you’ll never understand when that turbulence turns into a tornado and there’s no place to hide… Instead of being in that danger zone, learn to prioritize each thought and take small steps toward it. It’s okay to take your time; this skill takes a lifetime to master. But believe me when I say that the process is beautiful and can eventually lead you to a state of mind clarity. So, learn to minimize your thoughts while increasing your actions!

Begin by performing simple tasks, such as –

Learn where to set aside time for socializing and when to cut off. Focus on activities that correspond to your thoughts. Write down your thoughts and make a strategy for how you will put them into action. Think, rethink, and declutter. Then start with baby steps.
