Someday We Will Choose the Wrong Path and When We Do
It will be important to not waste time in self-doubt, self-pity or anger.
As these feeling arise after a few steps too far onto the wrong path.
We must come back to our original vison.
Our vision of the right path.
We must hold onto this vision until we walk it out in the great stage of life.
If the vision is truly from the heart nothing can keep you from getting up again and choosing the right path
A warning to heed is to be watchful in the time of the influencer.
A job title by American culture
And a sly way of influencing others for personal benefit.
Either way you see it I pray you see your vision clearer
A vision worth pursuing does not always have monetary benefit please don’t trade your creativity for pennies and empty promises.
There is no amount of success or money that could make me choose this wrong path again.
I sat with sadness for a night she was heavy and warm for she came from a place of truth.
Sadness from the naive little girl inside that was just trying to be seen and perhaps fit in.
The truth will sit with sadness and acknowledge her integrity.
Her ability to say I made the wrong choice, and I am sad because of that choice.
The key is to sit with her just long enough to embrace her before she turns into a callused anger.
See I sat with anger as well, she was fast talking, defensive, and witty.
She never stays too long for it only takes a sprinkle of her presence to stir action.
She is in charge of sacred action.
I do not shame her.
I do not believe she is an anger “issue”.
I believe there are many things in the world to be angry about
But for her to remain sacred we must put her to work.
Righteous anger as the bible calls it is a warning sign that something needs to be addressed.
A wrong that needs to be righted.
An action to be taken against casual silence.
She must be treated with grace honor and integrity.
For if she is shoved down and ignored, she will only grow.
She must be validated and aligned with purpose and sacred action.
I should have known better I am angry with myself.
For being blind to the sly influence of others.
Influence that said for my vision to have purpose it must be aligned with cash flow.
A not so hidden, socially acceptable agenda for profit lurks behind every corner.
Sacred visions are not here for profit.
They come to make sure we align ourselves on the good path this time.
They come to show us how to right our wrongs and choose the red path the Great Spirit has for us.
We give the older generations so much crap for not doing things right as we sit on our high horses.
Right behind them on the same exact path of silence and pursuit of wealth
I believe we must work together to find the new and better way.
I pray we stop pursuing the next profit, the next success, following the resources instead of seeking the Source.
When we are offered a way to change paths, we should consider it a gift from Creator.
A renewed vision is just as sacred as the original vision.
It reminds us that we are all human and we must care for one another.
We are all learning and growing through this human experience.
A range of emotions come with stepping away from one path towards another.
It takes courage and a humble spirit.
It might sting the pride and ego for a short time.
But as you sit with the sadness, anger and truth in a sleepless night of prayer.
The hurt pride will only last a short while.
Once you feel what it is like to embrace all parts of you all the time
you will feel, maybe for the first time, the wholeness that you are.
There will be no room for pride or ego anymore.
When you silence the fear, you silence them as well.
I pray the truth of my vision aligns me with my sacred action again.
On the right path this time.
For Great Spirit has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
