Healing therapy experience

She never gets angry at , even if do fuck up. She’s just there being calm.
I like her. Not as much as my past very much beloved therapist but we’re only in our beginnings getting to know each other.

One thing which I will keep in my mind is

I won’t leave you unless I get utterly sick or retire”

So for Trauma patients who are living with attachment trauma this is huge. I’m not gonna I love her the way I did my ex therapist but I’m sure at some point she might become more important than my beloved ex therapist who dumped me.

For once I’ve been getting proof that whatever it is prior sessions she‘ll stay & I never have to worry. For once I feel I can truly be myself without having to play a role or pretend or do anything so she likes me. She does like me and I am important and she does seem to care about me without having to so hardly proof my worthiness and stuff to my ex T.

We‘re still st the very beginning of in depth trauma therapy but she’s given me more security than I’ve experienced so far!
