Sometimes you fail.
Sometimes you disappoint.
There will be those days where failure is the only option.
Please do not stop there.
You deserve second chances and third and fourth and fifth and sixth.
I hope you are someone who takes a day’s failure and says,
“Oh well there is always tomorrow”.
Many good things come from mishaps, oversights, misjudgments, and snafus.
You let people see your humanness, which is never a bad thing,
as embarrassing as it can feel sometimes.
I am here to say I have failed many times.
I never give up though.
Sometimes it feels too much to handle or impossible.
For those times I send my deepest prayers
and tell you to be gentle with yourself.
