Do you spend time with people that you love like family and friends who help you forget about worries and concerns and make you feel happy and energised and alive…
?S -Sleep-Do you get 7 to 8 hours sleep every night? Do you turn off social media after 8 pm? Do you go to bed and get up at the same time every day? Is your bedroom dark and cool? Do you stop drinking caffeine in the evening? Do you have a wind down routine in the evening?
