Our mission is to help you, and other caring, mindful humans all over our planet, to rediscover your voice through meditation, writing, maitri (making friends with your sweet self) and caring community. We focus on the Buddhist practice of right livelihood—so that you can gain skills around doing what you love in a way that’s of benefit to others.⁠

Being a writer is not required. ⁠

We’re all human, and we all have a voice, and it’s that voice we’ll practice befriending and finding and sharing.⁠

What is required: a desire to show up for yourself and give a care in this busy, chaotic world.
