Feng Shui your Love Life: Waylon & Kelsey Lewis w/ Anjie Cho. {Walk the Talk Show}

Walk the Talk Show with Waylon Lewis presents:

In the latest edition of Walk the Talk Show, our long running, ongoing podcast and video series, with many awards and millions of views over the years…

Waylon and his wife, Kelsey, have a frank conversation about love and dust bunnies with one of our favorite guests: mindful feng shui expert Anjie Cho. They discuss how we can use mindfulness, Buddhism, and feng shui to awaken our love lives this Valentine’s Day.

Anjie came with the goods—not only does she have specific advice for Waylon and Kelsey, she offers several tips for singles looking to attract a partner into their lives, and those already in a relationship:

“ If you’re looking for a partner, make sure you have space on both sides of the bed. Make sure you don’t have a twin bed ’cause that means you don’t have any space [for a partner]. You wanna try to have that equal spacing for that balance.  It balances your yin and yang, right? So it balances your masculine, your feminine, and all these other aspects that don’t necessarily have to relate to finding a partner.” ~ Anjie Cho

Listen to Waylon and Anjie speak about Waylon’s love life before he got married: Part 1 & Part 2. Anjie doesn’t offer one-on-one consultations outside of her school, Mindful Design Feng Shui School, so this was a special consultation with Waylon and Elephant as a part of our two-part series. And hearing the success story now, afterward, is just plain hopeful.

“For folks who are not in a partnership, sometimes Valentine’s Day can be a little bit of a bummer. So there’s some things that you could just do for self-care and self-love. In Feng shui, we look at the elements and there’s an element called the earth element. The earth element is like Mother Earth. It’s very supportive. It’s stable; it’s nurturing. So sometimes people can bring in more earth element at this time to soothe and support themselves a little bit more.

Ways that you could do that is you can bring the earth element into your home or into your environment by the colors of earth element: yellow, brown, and earthy tones. So you can either start wearing those, or you could wear earthy crystals like fancy jasper, or you could put them near your bedside table for support.

I also really love rose quartz which is soothing for the heart, and you could get one to kind of work on yourself or you could do two to work on a new partnership or an existing partnership.” ~ Anjie Cho
