Hello Universe, can you hear me?

My mind has gone wandering and forgotten its way back home.
Do you know a remedy?
Something to soothe my soul.

Sweet child of mine,
You are the sister of the sun and the moon.
What you are made of is what grows fruits and vegetables.
What moves you moves the stars and the planets.
The air you breathe is the same as all people and animals
So whenever you feel astray,
All you have to do is remember

Everything is connected.
Be with your food,
Be with each movement,
Be with your breath,
Be with rest,
Presence is home.
