A Letter of FORGIVENESS
These scars were handed down
Never mine to take
Never my burden
I scooped them up anyway
Holding onto them as if they were a blanket
As if they were my comfort
As I dig through now I can’t discern where mine start and yours end
I was filling in the holes with anything but my own Love
I stop digging and remember all I have to do is forgive
I REMEMBER
As forgiveness grows healing is magnified
For yesterday I Forgive
For today I Forgive
For tomorrow I allow only love and healing
I am beyond grateful for this journey to ME
