Take small break from work:
You are a human-being and not a machine to work constantly. And even sometimes if the machine is used continuously, it tend to hang or break. So it’s natural, however you have a privilege to take a break. You can go for a walk in fresh air whenever possible for two hours, if not consecutively, at least in certain intervals. Analyse what went wrong and come up with a solution so you don’t repeat that mistake again. Don’t waste time and blaming yourself. Motivate and make up for it by working better next time.
Limit your responsibilities:
Don’t take up work more than your capacity, even though you have the ability. Say no to extra work. Load will definitely hamper your creativity. Overload of work, restricts you from creativity and eventually you end up doing ordinary work. So the advice is to limit your responsibilities and focus only on work how much you can handle. This way you can stay productive and creative.
Don’t neglect your health:
Work come first but it’s not more important than your health. If you are not well, how can you expect to work well? Health is wealth, it is rightly said. Even machine needs to be taken care for proper running then why not human beings! Eat, sleep and exercise properly to stay fit and active. Only if you are healthy, you can focus properly and work effectively. Healthy sleep and eating, keeps your mind fresh and help you think more creatively. Never underestimate the power of sleep. It can both make and break your work. Poor sleep will make you dull and negatively affect your work while proper sleep will enhance your creativity.
