I love watching
children playing
musicians performing
clergymen praying
artists creating
chefs as they’re cooking
they’re so engrossed
they don’t notice me looking
animals exploring
when they’re outside
birds in the sky
as they soar and they glide
in these moments
I love what I’m seeing…
the absence of wanting
and just enjoyment of being.
