Science & Spirituality are often perceived to be mutually exclusive. To someone who doesn’t understand the connection between science and spirituality, the latter appears to be something entirely based on Mythology. However, there is a rising population of people who are “Spiritual but not Religious”. Amongst them, there are people who base their spirituality on Science. What is spirituality for such people then?
I will try to answer this question through my own understanding of the connection between Science & Spirituality. I became more spiritual as my knowledge of science improved. The following video explains it all:
