Ingredients of Plum Cake
- 100 gm sugar
- 120 gm flour
- Two egg
- Vanilla essence

- Red wine 50 ml
- Beer 100 ml

- 150 gm icing sugar
How to Bake
- Step 1
First, you should take a large bowl and then add flour and baking powder to it. Now mix them properly and keep aside. Then take a small bowl in which you will mix brown sugar and butter. Mix these two ingredients until the sugar dissolves properly. You can also take the help of an electric blender. Now break the eggs and add them to this. Keep mixing it until it is light and frothy.

Add flour to this egg and sugar mixture properly so that there are no lumps formed in it. Keep stirring this until it becomes a smooth mixture. Then add some drops of vanilla essence and milk. Now mix it gently. Then, add cinnamon powder and blend it properly. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.

In the next step, you will chop the nuts and mix them in the batter. Mix it well again and save some nuts, which you can put on top of the cake. Then, preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Take a baking tray and line it with butter paper. Or else, you can grease it with butter and dust some flour on it. Now pour the batter in it.
