ANGER: HOW TO MANAGE THIS DESTRUCTIVE EMOTION?

Anger is the healthy emotion that can arise out of proportion to its trigger. This anger can come for the time of any decision making, for any damaged relationship and also give huge stress in our mind. Here on this page, we will discuss how we can manage this destructive emotion anger?

  1. COUNT DOWN- At the time of countdown, it takes you to count and at that time only your heart rate will slow and along with this your anger will subside. 
  2. TAKE A BREATH- At the time of your angriness, you should reserve that trend by taking a slow and deep breath which will help you to control your anger and you can live long.
  3. GO WALK AROUND- Try to do the morning walk on an everyday basis which will refresh your mind and accurately do the blood circulation. In this way, you will get some confidence in your work and your life will be very smooth. You will get some ability to sort out any problem easily. The entire these things will help you to manage your anger by hook or by crook.
  4. REPEAT A MANTRA- Try to repeat the word” relax” which will give you the power to work and you will be capable to take everything easily which will help you to manage your anger which is the most destructive emotion.
  5. STRETCH- Try to follow the yoga which will help you for controlling your anger. You will understand the proper practice of meditation and clear understanding of Yoga which is contained in different yoga scriptures like Bhagavad Gita etc.
  6. PLAY SOME TUNES OR MUSIC- If you sing any music or listen to any music in your free time, this will help you to control on your anger as this will help you for concentrating to your work and you will be confident enough to finish any task and sort out any problem without your angriness.
  7. STOP TALKING UNNECCESARILY- Try to be disciplined and make some manner while talking with others because if you are so much talkative this will affect your mind and you will be freckle minded which the main reason is for becoming angry.
  8. SLEEP WELL AND SPEND A GOOD TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY- This is one of the most important things which is mandatory for everyone’s life and if you divide your day like this 8 hours for work, 8 hours for home and 8 hours for sleep then you will get a good life and no anger will come in your mind.
  9. HIRE A LIFE COACH: If you are still not able to handle your anger, hire a credentialed life coach for professional support.
