Accept the changes to be fine

Nothing remains the same. Change is inevitable. However hard one tries things can never be the same again. They are not supposed to remain same. The times gone are gone, moments spent are spent. They can never be retrieved. Even if recreated they won’t have the same spark. The dynamics of relationship are bound to change with time. Your feelings toward a person changes.  A human being can have as many as 27 emotions. So it is quite natural to have experienced such emotions at one point of time or the other. Once you can be happy while the very next moment you can be sad or angry and after a while you can experience a bout of anxiety. Such frequent changes might not always mean that the individual is mentally unstable. Emotions are controlled by actions taking place around us. The more frequent changes happen around us more is the change of human emotions. You cannot have the same time  again and again. Yesterday cannot be today and today can never be tomorrow. People assure and promise each other of not changing but does’nt feel the changes they have undergone until its too late. Accept the changes, learn to live with them. Adaptability is the supreme motto. Just don’t stop at adapting physically or habitually to your surroundings, adapt mentally and emotionally as well. Exceptions do crop up now and then. We do come across some orthodox, hard shelled individuals now and then. For them time has not passed. They just don’t change. May be they can’t. They are like wonders in the crowd. Realising that change is the only constant in this ever changing world makes it easier. Then only can you not worry about how changed people around you have become.
