Stay Home & Be Whole

Despite this whole chaotic coronavirus situation, early 2020 should not be considered as a grim state to behold, and I hope we are on the same wavelength — because great minds tend to think alike.

Pandemics can often be out of control and scary. But, you know what is scarier? Losing our minds and forgetting that we still have a life full of dreams and purposes. We are dreamers and warriors; do not ever forget that.

On that note, live it, cherish it, and take extra good care of ourselves and enjoy the time we still have with our loved ones — especially while in isolation.

Aside from keeping track on the news which can be the source to trigger our anxiety, there must be things we can be grateful for and new hobbies or skills we can surely develop and/or acquire during this period of solitude. Pick them up and master them while we still can.

Can we also talk about our achievements? Yes! List them all down in our notebooks, diaries, or on pieces of paper. Reflect on them, let them sink in, and smile with joy.

These can be the things that are very close to our hearts, and we shall live in this moment with gratitude and wisdom.
