Finding the Meaning of our Fears and Desires

Sometimes, all we need is a little bit of “Meaning”, to change our lives for the better.

How so?

Before we dive into it, let’s first understand what meaning is and how it can help us do better in nearly every situation we might be facing, Good or Bad.

Meaning in of itself, can mean different things to different people.

Since “Meaning”is not a physical thing that we can touch or see, it tends to get lost between our worries and desires.

When we search for and bring meaning into our lives, our perspectives of events and situations can change instantly for the better.

For example, Have you ever heard your friend saying, I was reading this book and now I understand why “this and this” happened to me?

What they’re really saying is, “Now, I’m seeing my situation in a different light” and as a result, their perspective and how they feel about it has changed for the better.

How are they seeing things differently and what blocked them from seeing it in the first place?
