Watch the ice cream as it glides over the glazed peaches. Does it entice your tastebuds?
This dessert is easy to make and tastes great! If you want to keep it silky and smooth, don’t add the walnuts. But if you want to experience contrasting textures, go for the toasted walnuts. Either way, you’re in for a sweet and refreshing treat.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with any ice cream, gelato, or sorbet of your choice, as long as it doesn’t overpower the fruit’s delicate flavor.
Drizzle caramel sauce on top to make the dessert more decadent.
You can also serve this dessert with chopped candied walnuts or almonds.
Tips:
1 teaspoon of brown sugar can be replaced with 2 teaspoons of maple syrup.
It’s important to use ripe peaches.
This recipe also works with nectarines and apricots. If using apricots, don’t use butter and use maple syrup instead of brown sugar.
