Twin Flames explained.

The term twin flames has been tossed around and romanticized a lot in the spiritual community for the past few years and a lot of misinformation and harmful information has come from it.

Twin flames are very rare to come by and oftentimes the term is masked as an abusive relationship in order to stay in it and not do the work or to even allow harm to keep coming through.

Everyone thinks they found their twin flame when in fact they found a trauma bond, a karmic lover or even an abusive relationship.

I see a lot in the community of broken people using the term twin flames to excuse bad behavior, to not take accountability or to even mask mental disorders.

Twin flames are not here for everyone as they are very hard relationships and will pull everything out of you to completely heal, transform you and to bring you on your purpose but most of all it is here to help you truly fall deeply in love with yourself.

The journey of twin flames is about you! No one else but you!

When you find your twin flame there will be this instant connection, this depth yet to be discovered and also so much mirroring taking place that it will not only excite you but also terrify you in the most profound way.

There are many beautiful moments in a twin flame relationship but a lot of dark as well, as sometimes we run away from the connection because it is too intense, but in that space we are often running away from ourselves and the parts of ourselves that we do not want to face.

The parts of ourselves that we do not want to face often 99% of the time lead back to childhood and past lives.

When you are in a twin flame relationship the veils become thin and you are able to see just what part of your childhood is left unhealed, where you are repeating the old habits and generational patterns, but also the parts of you that feel unworthy, unloved and unseen.

The relationship is hard and will pull everything out of you. The relationship will bring out your demons to play and will bring out your ego only to have many moments of death as you fully transform yourself, your identity and your life.

When you are with your twin flame you will see just how aligned everything is in the world, how fast manifestation can happen and also just how perfect the world mirrors back to you what you need in that moment.

Twin flames will bring you through the valley of death and break you wide open, you will feel as though you are dying and in fact you are- many times over and over again.

Your heart will be broken open over and over again as you learn to honor the balance of life and death, good and bad, light and dark, abundance and scarcity and most of all the parts of yourself that you deny.

The mirror is there to show you where you lie to yourself, where you are not honest with others, where you betray yourself and where you are not taking ownership of your life and gifts.

The darkness will be standing right in front of you and it is you— you that you are facing.

Anything that you do that is not in alignment with your higher self will have a ripple affect into the relationship.

Any space that you abandon yourself- your relationship will show that.

Any part of you that you do not love or receive love your relationship will show that.

Oftentimes the twin flame relationship will split apart so that you can focus on your healing and awaken into deeper levels of consciousness and most of all where you need to do healing.

You are split because you have come out of alignment, the relationship was becoming to intense and most of all because you needed to retreat and refocus back on yourself and your purpose to heal and to give back to the collective.

When you do the healing and see the truth in front of you that you were denying you will then be able to come back into union with your partner, but oftentimes that is hard because you have to lay down your ego and pain and show up in love, unconditionally and with no agenda.

This love is meant to be pure in its most purest space and when you are not showing up in that way or have other plans- the universe will make sure to split the energies apart in order for protection but also for you to grow and to heal.

Twin flames come together because they are both very powerful people and have big missions here on this earth to move the collective forward. This is the whole part of the twin flame relationship is to support the collective… not for their own selfish love but for the love of the world.

In order to have this type of love, both parties must be committed to growth, selflessness and unconditional love so that spirit can move through them.

This relationship is here to remove all of your layers and open you wide up… the journey is not easy, but it is worth it.
