There’s no better time than now, the year 2022, to find love.

Even in today’s world of uncertainty, massive change, and technology, you can still find authentic love. Love with a committed partner is possible—although you may feel the odds are stacked against you.

See, I have always been a glass-half-full kind of person. Even if the world around me feels unsafe, I know deep down that everything will turn out okay. And not just okay, even better than expected.

That’s why I know for certain that this is the year to find love. This is your year to find love. And it’s not just from a practical level, but a spiritual level as well. (In fact we need both practicality and spirituality to thrive in life.)

That’s what I base all my coaching on: using inspired action and the laws of the universe to achieve massive results. The same applies to finding love. With intentional actions and unwavering belief, you can find your person.

So let’s break down exactly why 2022 is the year for you to find love, shall we?

Practically Speaking

Let’s be real for a second: with today’s technology, it is incredibly easy to find endless options. From dating apps, to courses on love, to dating coaches (my personal favorite; I’m biased), there’s no better time than now to get the support you need.

So from a practical sense, this year is in your favor.

As of January 2021, there are 40 million Americans using dating apps, with 27 percent of them being younger users. So for you millennial women, the options are endless!

Another great reason why this year is all about love is because we have spent the last two years in more isolation than ever before. We’ve all had to deal with tough emotions since the pandemic began—loneliness, uncertainty, fear, anxiety, and the list goes on.

But with dark comes the light. When life gets tough, that’s when you realize what’s really important.

And it seems like we can all agree that having someone special to walk through the roller-coaster of life will make our time here on Earth meaningful. Even choosing to read this article today means that something inside of you is ready for authentic love. No more sitting on the sidelines—2022 is your year!

And I can’t do a blog post without giving you some tips for how to implement these learnings. I wouldn’t be a good coach if I didn’t!

Here are three practical ways for you to find love this year.

1. List out the values you are looking for in a partner. Do not include anything about their physical features! Let the universe surprise you with good matches for you (when you aren’t trying to control how they will look). If you are serious about finding love, getting crystal clear on your desired values is the #1 step.

2. Live by those values. Now that you have your list of (preferably top 10) values, it’s time to look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are living by them. Want someone adventurous? Time to book that trip or meet up with that hiking group. Want someone sincere? Time to get honest with yourself about what’s holding you back.

3. Spread the word! It’s time to take that intentional action if you’re ready for love. Yes, using dating apps will help the process, but I want you to start telling your friends that you’re looking for love. That friend who has been dying to set you up? Give her a call. That coworker who has been inviting you out for months now? Time to text her. Let your network, and the universe, know that you are serious about finding love, and this is the year you’ll do it.

Spiritually Speaking

Now that we know why 2022 is a great year to find love from a practical sense, let’s look at it from a spiritual angle.

The year 2022 has three twos—and this is extremely powerful energy when it comes to love and relationships. The number two from a spiritual definition represents love, relationship, and connection. And we have not one, but three of them in our year! The energy around love is so incredibly potent this year. And like I said earlier, the world could use a lot more love right now. So, this is an amazing year for you to utilize this energy.

We also have the number six showing up this year (three number twos). This also carries a significant spiritual meaning. The number six signifies our internal worlds, balance, and family life. If you keep seeing the number six show up in your life, it’s time to turn inward.

Where do you need more balance in your life? Or maybe it’s time to stop chasing external rewards and focus on inner peace. Or if you keep seeing six, it could also mean it’s time to focus on your family life and the relationships to those closest to you. Another great reminder of what really matters in life: the strength of your relationships.

So just in the number 2022 we have two incredibly potent energies that can support you in finding love. I’m getting goosebumps just typing it out! If you’re reading this, just know that so many good things are on the way to you.

1. Affirmations. These are the simplest ways to change your mindset and tap into the energy of love. Try starting your day with three affirmations that align with the kind of love you are looking for and write them down. Start with affirmations such as, “I am closer to love than ever before” or “This is the year I find love within myself and a committed partner.” Try out different affirmations that feel good to you and align with your end goal.

2. Journaling. One of my absolute favorite spiritual practices is journaling. Whether it’s journaling out your top 10 desired traits in a partner, ideas of how to meet more potential love interests, or just releasing any limiting beliefs, these are all amazing ways to get started. Combine this with your affirmations and any other gratitude lists and you will be finding love faster than ever.

3. Visualization. Aside from writing down your desires and goals, visualization is another powerful way to tap into this energy. Meditation is great way to use the power of visualization. There are endless options of guided meditations about calling in love on YouTube. Or an even simpler way to visualize is by closing your eyes and focusing on your breath. Picture the type of love you want to feel with your partner, or picture yourself going on a first date and connecting with them. The number one way to make your dreams manifest faster is by really feeling the end goal as if it has already happened.

So there you have it: why 2022 is the absolute best year to find love.

The energy this year is amazing and it’s the perfect time to build a future with someone you love. With a mix of spiritual belief and inspired action toward your goal, anything is possible for you.
