The 108 Numerology of 144000

In a recent article, The Sumerian Kings List Numerology, as well as The Metaphysics Numerology article which I first apply the 108 as an equation with other highly revered and symbolic numbers in The Sumerian tradition and Buddhist teachings.

The Biblical number of 144,000 is a similar six-digit configuration as the other numbers explored, and the result is a beautiful and inspirational numerical revelation in a simple arithmetic equation. As with many relationships pertaining to 108 as well as other frames of reference including The Matrix of 4 I use to better visualize the world, the equation and the resulting relationships is so neat and profound I wonder how such as not been explored before, at least to my knowledge.

Firstly let’s explore the number 144000. It and the verses of its origin have been variously interpreted by scholars, meditators, psychologists, and UFO researchers.  The number 144000 appears three times in The Bible, in The Book of Revelation. The 144000 overtly references 12 Tribes X 12000 of their most exceptional. The equation results in 144000. It is esoteric idea pertaining to the number of individuals who will teach humanity and inspiration for internal self-development to be an exceptional teacher oneself.

It is interesting to note the universalism of the number in the tradition that there were 144000 capstones on The Great Pyramid. And that in the Mayan timekeeping calculation of one Baktun is 144000 days.

Revelation 7:1–8

After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree. Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, saying: “Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees, until we have sealed the servants of God on their foreheads.”

And I heard the number of the sealed, 144,000, sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel:
12,000 from the tribe of Judah were sealed,
12,000 from the tribe of Reuben,
12,000 from the tribe of Gad,
12,000 from the tribe of Asher,
12,000 from the tribe of Naphtali,
12,000 from the tribe of Manasseh,
12,000 from the tribe of Simeon,
12,000 from the tribe of Levi,
12,000 from the tribe of Issachar,
12,000 from the tribe of Zebulun,
12,000 from the tribe of Joseph,
12,000 from the tribe of Benjamin were sealed.

Revelation 14:1-5

Then I looked, and behold, on Mount Zion stood the Lamb, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads. And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps. They were singing a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and before the elders. No one could learn that song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. It is these who have not defiled themselves with women, for they are virgins. It is these who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These have been redeemed from mankind as firstfruits for God and the Lamb, and in their mouth no lie was found, for they are blameless.

The ideas presented are highly provocative and variously interpreted and in the past was used for practical and secretive teachings ultimately pertaining to the process of self-development, becoming exceptional. Learning the meditative and symbolic interpretations pertaining to the verses that mention the 144000 reveals a whole history of valuable and applicable ideas as well as obscured and occulted metaphysics and philosophy.

144000 divided by 108 = 1333.33333333

If there were to be say some numbers used to represent Christianity 3, 13, and 33 might be the most frequently chosen. Of course, it is arguable that the only numbers in the equation are 1 and 3, but in terms of the related ideas they highlight.

Each of these numbers, 3, 13, 33, offers a whole spectrum of numerological lessons and ideas unto themselves, but interestingly enough when put together, in their simplest terms, they reveal a message of correspondence, in at least one layer of their symbolism, to point to the symbolic and abstract of 144000 verses; that of ascension and self-development.

God is seen as a trinity, a set of 3 within 1. Three was commonly symbolic for balance because you could have the left and right and the balanced middle. Three is symbolic for balance and godliness.

The 13, for Jesus and his 12 disciples, is symbolic of completion and of balance but with more. 13 implies ascension, and of rising above. The 12, as astrological and numerological symbology reveals completion in the 12 signs of a Zodiacal year and counting systems using the 12 so 13 is an ascension of a totality.

The 33 is sometimes related to be the age of Jesus on crucifixion and ascension to heaven, or the next level. 33 is the temperature when things start warming up and it is itself symbolic for rising above and warming up.

Each of these numbers have innumerable layers to their symbolism, just like The Biblical references to 144000, and each relates and shares many concepts on their own, but together they symbolize rising above the average and the typical to reach a higher balance toward being an ascended teacher.

If each of these number offer a lesson of ascension, a means toward the end of becoming individuated and a worthy of being a teacher then the lesson of the 3 is balance, regulate the low and high, the right and the left to maintain a balanced middle path. In the 13 is the idea to keep striving for perfection. 13 reveals that upon completion there is always another set, upon answering one question there is always another that comes up, and on surmounting one peak there is revealed yet another peak. It is both an inspiration and individuation to keep going forth. 33 reveals the paradox that our human potential is both limited and our ability to cause potentiation is virtually limitless.
