Ingredients:
1 cup Soy, Oat, or Almond Milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cups raisins or your favorite chopped dried fruits (you might want to try pineapple, chopped apple rings, dates, or apricots)
Unsalted chopped nuts ( any kind you like and aren’t allergic to or have a sensitivity to). Some people have severe peanut allergies.
Instructions
- Place flour in large bowl
- Add baking powder. (I never sift my flour or baking powder and the recipe turns out beautifully)
- Pour in liquids.
- Add nuts
Beat dry and liquid ingredients together with an egg beater.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 to 40 minutes. Ovens vary in temperature.
