My Butterfly Aura.
Wanting to scream in any octave possible, but I can’t find my voice. The world slowly moving around me as from what my vision shows me… “AGHHjjjgugg” is all I call say. I feel like a drooling dog.
Simile? Sadly. Reality for me. I go through this description at least 3-4 times a month. If you are looking for a metaphor, don’t you worry. 3-4 times a month a little something called my butterfly aura takes over my body.
Where it feels as if you are frozen in the moment. Your body is concrete. Everyone else moves around you as the as the earth still spins in a daze. Don’t forget those Butterflies fluttering around your stomach-through your lungs-tickling your heart and landing on your brain up through the back of your spine when they finally decide to land…
In an article published by Rachael Rice called “14 Creative ways to love ourselves she states.
“Anchor your intentions through EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or tapping.) It affects the amygdala, the part of the brain limbic system that controls memory and emotional reactions.”
