The layers between conscious awareness and humanity are staggering, These layers reach into infinity, yet the layers humanity can currently access are literally at the opposite end of the pole. Truth be told, humanity’s retrieval of forgotten knowledge has barely touched the surface of what is available to them.

There are but a few who have studied sufficiently to be accepted into ancient schools of spiritual learning.

Why?

Who is responsible for the blind, deaf and mute society of today?

Everybody . . . and nobody.

Without exception, the starting point for all great work begins with individuals taking ownership of who they are, requiring each person to look into their ancestral lineage. Forget trying to join an ancient lineage – look into your own! Go back a few generations and learn about where YOU come from genetically. What were your ancestors involved in? What principles did they uphold? Were they rogues?

Your ancestral line counts because you have emerged from it. This knowledge opens the door for you to begin to truly see life and history for yourself.

You have to acknowledge Granny’s bad temper, Grandpa’s bad teeth, your mother’s wonderful skin, and your father’s cruelty. You must face it and wear it, but not in the way others want.

When you realize that your life is a culmination of your genetics, you begin to be conscious of what you are saying – for you will sound like your mother or father – and you will become mindful of the words you are using, for you will have heard them before.

Taking ownership of yourself to some degree is a basic foundational steppingstone of awareness required for entry into any great school.

How do I take ownership?

Realize that the buck stops with you; you are that point of NOW. This means that as you begin to change yourself, you are changing your ancestral legacy. You are being the change that your future and past generations are counting on.

Yes! At a soul level, your ancestral line knows that you came into this life to wake up. Your ancestral line knows you are their best hope, and they all count on your success. Your grandparents may be resting in peace, your parents may still be rigid in their beliefs, and your children–even unborn–are hoping they will have a better chance at being conscious than thousands of their ancestors were.

It begins with you.

The layers of learning are vast and even when people learn profound inspirational teachings from good teachers, most continue to be blind and deaf to the learning. They are mute when they choose not to share what learning and light they receive. A shallow ancestral lineage results from individuals listening with ears that hear only the hardships and struggles, see only what they can get out of it, and speak words that reflect only their current state of consciousness.

To see, hear, and speak clearly requires that you truly listen, remain blind to the mass assault of narratives, and speak only when you can wear your words honorably. Then, and only then, are you beginning to take responsibility for what you are becoming.

Three blind mice is really . . . billions of blind mice. But that is changing!

A person can be blind and not see, and a person can be blind and see clearly. When you have worked that riddle out . . . you are well on your way to mastery.
