We’ve won a bunch of social media and overall content awards this year, and our readership is going crazy—we’ve grown to 175,000 unique visitors a month, already. Give us a year, we could be second-tier nationally. Two years, there’ll be no stopping us.

But my loan runs out June 17, after which point if we’re fully sustainable, my staff and I can grow elephant to be a national leader in quality independent journalism for years to come.
