Colbert Platinum: Seven Figure Wall $treet Bonu$e$, $34 Million Dollar Mansions sold for $100, Branson, Whale Penis Leather, Cash Wrapping Paper, 24 Karat Gold Ice Cream, $1,000 Buck Pizza, Slumming—with Bentleys + “The Right Roads.”
But it’s not wealth we ought to hate—it’s greed.
I grew up poor, but had a wonderfully rich, fun, fulfilling life thanks to me ma. I got a great education, and have been given everything I need to make something of myself. I generally consider that I don’t have too many money issues. Other than not having any.
But then I watch something like the first video below, and it’s hard to find it funny. The insular world of the super-rich makes me sick (the Lexus bit, particularly). It gives me an uncomfortable ache in my chest—like I can’t breathe. Spending 325K so they can take a vaykay plus a private submarine trip?
