Chaturanga—Low Push Up Position

This pose is a low push up position and requires strength.

Always remember that we are so much stronger than we think we are. You will get stronger every time you do Chaturanga! Once you know the correct alignment for this pose it will support the rest of your practice.

Keep those elbows back! Practice keeping your body firm and straight with an extended spine by holding Plank pose first and then move to this exercise.
