My mom was. You may have been. You certainly know someone, or many someones, who have been. Let’s be open about this.

A small, even meaningless, but powerfully symbolic step forward by individual NFL players (we’ll see if the NFL walks its talk next time something arises).

PS: Remember how the NFL is tax-free, yet we pay taxes to support its stadiums? Remember how players have a shortened lifespan due to concussions and other wear/tear? 

Nearly two dozen men of the NFL use their voices voices, their commitment, and, perhaps most significantly, a new and deeply stirring expression of their formidable power to say NO MORE to domestic violence and sexual assault.
