The Evolution of Manifestation.

*This is not an article for the easily distracted. It is meant for explorative minds.

As I sit down and bring myself to my computer to write a “list” of desires, I’m struck with the notion that there are fundamental flaws woven into human design. It has almost become a dictate to write down our desires as a means of manifesting the life we really want. But, in doing so, I believe it makes it all too easy to confuse transient reality with tangible reality—that is to say, even as our desires take formation as a feeling or inspiration so too do they slide back into an inevitable state of nothingness.

It has almost become a dictate to write down our desires as a means of manifesting the life we really want. But, in doing so, I believe it makes it all too easy to confuse transient reality with tangible reality.

Even as our desires take formation as a feeling or inspiration so too do they slide back into an inevitable state of nothingness.

A desire must be reinvigorated with animation over and over again in order for it to translate into a three-dimensional state. The sort of animation I’m referring to begins subtly between thought and feeling; either provoking the other. There is a sort of nagging quality to this interaction. Some experience the more extreme manifestation of this in the form of obsession.

The exchange is such that it can’t be ignored.

The provocation of thought to sensation or sensation to thought has an electric quality to it. It creates a charge. This is often referred to as motivation.

But, motivation alone does not produce evidence.

Evidence is a very particular and subjective measure of efficacy. The most potent desires are evident by the actions they produce. The charge of the desire is effective. And the most potent desires, the most virulent, are the ones that coagulate into beliefs.

But before all of this ever happens—before inception—there is a singular force that encapsulates the enormity of this system. That force is faith. The factory of the mind and the frequency of emotion come into relationship through faith. Faith holds them in concert through the bass tones, the high notes, and all the way to the crescendo that is desire. Faith flushes out background noise; the chatter of the masses and the screech of the inner critic. It sets a trajectory where belief can transform into integrity. The path of realization is first laid in the warm belly that is faith.

Mystery can’t be discounted in all of this. Not even the most intelligent mind can truly pin-point its own creation. At best it is a fine tuned radio that is adept at picking up the faintest of signals. Our bodies are all radios tuned to a variety of frequencies.

I make mention of all of this because “making the list” has been mentioned more than a few times. Maybe the mistake of making the list is that in doing so we arbitrate that the universe remain symmetrical in its reflection of “the list”. In simple terms, “Give me what I want”.
I’m under the impression that you always get what you want. The dominate charge becomes the dominate reality. Repetition becomes reality. Vitality often gets buried under routine. The prediction of anything has nothing to do with the future. It is only repetition of memories of an event that no longer exists. Everything is passing through us.

Humans are conduits.

And, as stated before, the frequencies that amalgamate in us are transformative once translated into collaboration. For you see, the entirety of this process is futile without a witness.

That is where “the list” begins. It begins with faith recognizing that there is something, even the smallest of impulses, to be noticed.

This is a very academic discussion of a, now, almost pop-culture notion—manifestation.

Or in the most basic of terms, “How do I get what I want?”

The prescription is trite: focus, write it down, say it to someone, feel it, and then let it alone.
Money, love, success, health and, in the farthest reaches, purpose are often where people direct their attention. All of these point to a similar position, “Life doesn’t fucking make sense.” In this void, desire fills in the space.

So, I’m going to make my list, but in doing so I’m going to remain curious. I’m making it as more of a reminder of a particularly interesting inspiration that passed through me rather than a document of demands for life-affirming validation.

After all, one can’t measure anything against the vastness of voided space. Some things exist beyond our knowing.

In summation, after you’ve come through your life coaching program, after you’ve processed every known emotion with your therapist, once you’ve undergone eastern and western treatment to bring you into balance, made peace with the life you have, and put the past to bed, and there is nothing left to do, you will then be a conduit of creation.

It is here and now that you are the thing you want the most. It is here and now— in the expansive always—that you are the thing you want the most.

We are the evolution of manifestation.
