Firstly, are you sure you have a membership with us? It could be that you are signed up to our newsletter (daily or weekly) but you have never created an account with us. If you’re absolutely sure that you do have an account, here are a few quick tips:
1. Clear your browser’s cache, cookies, and history.
2. If you’re viewing on a mobile device, make sure you’re signed in to your Elephant Journal account—that’s how the site knows that you have access to unlimited reads! 🙂
2.5) If you’re accessing us via the Facebook app, you can try this little trick (which is basically like clearing the cache of the app itself)
iPhone: Go into the Facebook app > select Settings > Account settings > Browser > Clear Data.
Android: Far right “hamburger” menu icon > App Settings > “Clear Your Phone’s Browsing Data” link.
