There is nothing better than raw, honest, expression. Simple, straight, accessible to all, right from the heart. And every single human being is capable of doing this. We are all writers. Write in a journal, write in a diary, write your heart out. Spill your guts out. So cathartic, but can do so much more for the universe. Don’t try to be perfect, just write. More the flaws, more the ability to express.
I wrote a letter to my mom on a flight from Seattle to Chennai, India, right after she passed away. I was drunk, balling, and writing. Telling her how I felt in that moment. And that started my writing journey. Grammatical errors, punctuation errors, spelling errors and all. Still beautiful. Raw truth inspires. Raw truth is magic.
