Amanda Rossiter

I’m a 35 year old woman who has spent my life with anxiety, depression and chronic pain. These factors all contributed to making me feel vulnerable, dumb, ashamed and uncertain for most of my life. I made poor choices, gave up, took the easy way, tried the hard way…you name it – I messed it up.

I’ve spent a long time now trying to learn to love and accept myself – even those factors I used to consider to be my flaws.

I’ve learned they’re not flaws. They’re strengths. Everyday I’m learning who I am and what makes me tick. And I love it. And so can you. :)
