Amy C. Willis (she/her) is The Holistic Sober Coach and the founder of HOL + WELL. Amy supports women and queer folks make their lives better without booze. In addition to being a dual-certified coach, Amy is also a certified EFT/tapping practitioner and meditation teacher, modalities which she brings to her clients and writes about often. Amy’s coaching practice is holistic, feminist, anti-racist, evidence-based and trauma informed. Amy is sober, queer, an avid reader, writer, cyclist and cross-stitcher.
