I am an aquarian poet who dislikes checking off boxes and is interested in telling stories that matter. A Parisian in a past life, I am a big stickler for etiquette (and grammar) and have a deep and curious love of all things foreign. As a Naropa and NYU creative writing alum, I like things that challenge the status quo. If it’s weird, taboo, or forbidden, I want to know about it, write about it or partake in it.

Mostly, I’m here to help talk about the things that make us all human while keeping some good humor. My main hustle is assisting wellness-based companies to share their messages via media, while also serving as a consultant for those in need of systems to assist workflow and productivity. I’m also focused on a book-length meditation of poems that address memory & the art of surrender and occasionally teach heart-based meditations in Los Angeles.
